For nearly two decades, Healthy at Home Caregivers has helped seniors and disabled individuals across Southern California remain in their own homes safely, with dignity, and with the highest possible quality of life.
Our Story
Born from personal experience
Healthy at Home Caregivers was born from a deeply personal experience. When our founder's mother's health began to decline, the family found themselves thrust into a world of doctors, nurses, medical facilities, and medications. Coordinating it all was exhausting. There had to be a better way to manage care.
That experience became the foundation of our agency. We built Healthy at Home to be that better way: a care team that takes on the daily tasks and the coordination so families can focus on being families, not case managers.
Established in 2007, we have been serving families across Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, and the Inland Empire ever since, from our home base in Dana Point on the Orange County coast.
