Our Services
Post-Surgical Recovery
Help for the first days and weeks at home after surgery, so your loved one heals safely and avoids re-admission.

First Days at Home
The first few days after discharge are critical. Our caregivers help with safe transfers, personal care, and settling in at home so recovery begins on the right foot.
Mobility and Precautions
We follow discharge instructions carefully, helping your loved one move safely, use mobility aids correctly, and avoid strain on surgical sites.
Medication Reminders
We provide timely medication reminders to help your loved one stay on track with their recovery regimen and avoid missed or doubled doses.
Follow-Up Appointment Logistics
We help track follow-up appointments, provide transportation, and communicate changes in condition to family members and care teams.
Avoiding Re-Admission
We watch for warning signs and communicate with families and care teams to help prevent complications and re-hospitalization.
Understanding post-surgical recovery
The first days and weeks at home after surgery are a vulnerable time. Your loved one may be in pain, less mobile than usual, and unsure of what they can and cannot do. The risk of complications and re-hospitalization is highest during this window, which is why the right support matters.
Every surgery is different, but the principles of recovery are similar: follow discharge instructions, keep moving safely, stay on top of medications, and watch for warning signs. A caregiver can help with all of these while giving family members peace of mind.
Our role is non-medical. We do not change dressings, administer medications, or perform clinical tasks. We do help with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation to follow-up appointments, and communication with family and care teams. We work alongside your home health team and follow their instructions.
