Programs & Payment Options

Programs we offer

There are several ways to pay for in-home care. We help families navigate each option and find the path that works best for their situation.

CalAIM / Medi-Cal

Eligible Medi-Cal members may receive approved non-medical in-home support through CalAIM. Services require an appropriate referral and authorization.

Medicare

Traditional Medicare does not generally cover ongoing non-medical home care. However, eligible clients may receive support through specific Medicare programs, including the GUIDE Program.

GUIDE Program

The Medicare GUIDE Program supports eligible individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. Qualifying families may have access to care coordination, caregiver education, and respite services through an approved GUIDE participant.

Veterans Affairs (VA)

We help eligible veterans and their families access VA benefits for in-home care. Approval is subject to VA eligibility and authorization.

Private Pay

Private Pay allows families to arrange and pay directly for care based on their needs and preferred schedule. Services are confirmed after reviewing care needs, location, schedule, and caregiver availability.

Long-Term Care Insurance

Many long-term care insurance policies include benefits for eligible home care services. Coverage depends on the individual policy. Confirm eligibility, benefit amounts, and documentation with your insurer.

CalAIM Referral Portal

Authorized referral partners can use our secure referral portal to submit information for eligible Medi-Cal members who may need non-medical in-home support. Submitting a referral does not guarantee eligibility, authorization, caregiver placement, or the start of services.
